Its not just an opportunity  to hear incredible keynote speakers, attend industry-focused sessions and have unique opportunities to connect one-on-one with leaders in the staffing world, but also, it’s the event where SIA announces the winners of its annual “Best Staffing Firms to Work For” awards. This year, SIA’s Executive Forum was held in Austin, and was proud to take part again as sponsor of the awards presentation, recognizing the best in our industry for creating a great place to work. was proud to present Monster’s Senior Vice President and General Manager of Enterprise Talent Solutions  Penny Queller  returned for the second year to help present the awards, and she said it best: These companies set the standard for excellence in the staffing industry and are rewarded with a workforce that is committed, engaged and passionate about not only their personal success, but also the success of their company. “At Monster, we know how important it is to hire employees that are the right fit, and we’re committed to providing solutions that enable staffing firms to not only do this for their customers, but also for themselves.” Congrats to the winners We are honored to celebrate the staffing companies receiving this award in recognition of their best-in-class leadership, but we are especially proud of our customers on the list, starting with  Vaco, which took the top spot for North American firms with over 500 employees. Other winners included  Fusion Medical Staffing,  LiquidAgents Healthcare,  Health Providers Choice,  Austin Major Group,  LABUR  and  Charlton Morris, all incredibly impressive in their respective categories. Rounding out the list was one of our long-time partners,  Aquent, which secured the Grand Prize for firms under 50 employees. Honoring great places to work One of the reasons we love taking part in this award is that it’s not just about recognizing stellar business objectives, but it reflects what can only be described as the heart and soul of a staffing firm: its people, and how they feel about working for their employers. The winners were chosen as a result of a 40-question online survey completed by internal employees that measured 10 key engagement categories including teamwork, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, manager effectiveness, compensation and benefits. At Monster, we work with staffing companies, but more specifically, we work with the people at staffing companies. We are so thrilled to see these great firms recognized for not only serving their clients with excellence, but creating supportive environments for the staffing professionals who work so hard to deliver results.
